At Vaayuraksh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Use your Vaayuraksh Ceiling Fan Air Filter for up to 30 days. If you continue to experience the same issue even after proper installation and usage, you may request a return.

Return Eligibility
Return request must be raised within 30 days of delivery.
Product must be returned for inspection.
Order ID and a brief description of the issue are required.
Photos or videos may be requested to help evaluate the claim.
Inspection & Approval

All returned products are inspected by our quality team. If the inspection confirms that the product did not perform as intended under normal usage, your return will be approved.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds. If a valid return request is approved after inspection, Vaayuraksh may provide a replacement product or store credit of the equivalent value.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or refunds will not be approved if:

The request is made after 30 days of delivery.
The product was not used as per the installation instructions.
The product has been damaged, altered, or misused.
The issue is unrelated to the product's intended performance.
The product is not returned for inspection when requested.
